Malitta N. Seamon

Malitta is a business strategist, coach, author, speaker, and a trusted adviser to CEOs, C-suite executives and leaders. As cofounder and CEO of Inbound Leadership, she is committed to creating safe spaces, teaching useful practices, and providing candid coaching to impact the success and outcomes of IL clients. Her passion is helping leaders engage in self-reflection, embrace vulnerability, and grow, with an emphasis on nurturing the “whole” leader—mind, body, and energy. Malitta believes that true success should encompass wealth, health, and joy, not just for the leader, but for everyone.

Malitta is originally from Washington, DC. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Virginia and furthered her education and training at various institutions, including Harvard and the University of Maryland, earning multiple certifications. Malitta has served on several nonprofit boards and is currently the Executive Director of her own organization, the Community Health and Equity Project (CHEP). Over the course of her career, she has advocated for numerous causes, including raising awareness and funds to purchase bed nets to combat malaria in Sub-Saharan Africa, supporting local shelters for women experiencing housing insecurity, assisting veterans dealing with mental health challenges, and promoting CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) to help children removed from their homes due to abuse or neglect.

In addition to over twenty-five years of experience as the founder, COO and CEO of a multi-million dollar consulting firm, Malitta is also a certified executive coach, certified relationship coach, certified nutritionist, and a trained breathwork practitioner.

Malitta is married to Brad Seamon. Together, they have two sons, Brad Jr. and Chad, a daughter-in-law, Danielle, and two wonderful granddaughters, Parker and Kendall.
